Being the Leagel owner & proprietor of a Negro Wench slave
Do [prusant] to an act of the Legislature of the State of New York –
Intitled an act for the gradual abolition of slavery passed the
29th of March 1799 hereby certify the negro /wench/ wench
has been delivered of a female child whose name is Geen that she
is now about one month ould to the best of my knowledge
and Blief Dated this 26th Day of September in the year 1800
