Country Journal – January 13, 1789 to January 27, 1789

A Silver Watch, taken
from a Negro fellow, supposed to be
stolen. It is double cased, and has on
the face and case the name of Samuel
Broome. The fellow says he found it at
Fish Kill. The owner, on proving his
property, and paying the cost, may have
it again, by applying to
Jacob Van Bramer.
Rhinebeck, Dec. 16th, 1788.
