Dutchess County fs. Polly Carrol of Poughkeepsie been
duly sworn says that she has known Betty reported
to be a servant woman of James Emott for above
five years, that from her appearance and as far as
the knowledge of this deponent extends she thinks her
healthy and able to support herself: that about
three or four weeks since Betty was at Poughkeepsie &
remained here about a week during which time
this deponent saw her frequently and that the said
Betty appeared then to be in health & competent to maintain herself
sworn this 11th Dec 1807

Wm Rynders wanted his fathers Board raised – Rejected
